1. HR Executive – Payroll
• Handle full set of payroll circle
• Prepare HR correspondence letter
• Handles staff claim verification and pay out

2. Graphic Designer
• Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts
• Formulate and develop designs and artwork for all advertisements
• Ensure that all marketing communication materials are met in a timely manner 100%

3. Customer Service Team Leader/ Officer
• Telemarketing-serves customers by providing promotion and service information; resolving product and service problems
• Good Communication skills provide good customer service with proper manner to all the customers
• To be able to achieve targets/goals in the required timeline

4. Trainer Specialist (Beauty & Slimming)
• Responsible for a number of learners in the capacity of both tutor and assessor to help develop the course in terms of both the delivery and techniques
• Guide learners through the assessments, providing feedback to ensure the learners develop their skills and have a clear understanding on their position
and what is required of them to complete their programme.

5. Beauty Manager
• Demonstrates and reinforces excellent customer service to promote positive customer orientation in the outlet, ensure efficient, quality service
• To achieve monthly sales targets and accountable for incremental sales revenue
• Reinforces proper consultation procedures and customer service standards
• Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints to ensure optimum customer satisfaction

6. Beauty Consultant
• Provide professional consultation and recommend treatments and products which will suit clients’ lifestyle and age.
• Monitor clients’ treatment progress and advice on meal plans. Follow up on clients’ needs
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers

7. Therapist/Beautician
• Rendering treatments service to clients
• Generating personal sales by recommending suitable products for clients
• Ensure cleanliness of the outlet
• Maintenance of treatment rooms and machinery
• Responsible for stock counts and monitoring stock levels
