The course includes an overview of the company, brand history and a deep dive into RIU's leisure properties as well as an introduction to its business brand.

The program begins with an overview of the content and the platform. It also includes educational materials such as fact sheets, an introduction to the RIU website, videos and photography.

The goal of the course is to give travel advisors the ability to confidently sell RIU and to understand how to quickly access resources for yourself and your clients.

Advisors will also learn how to match each client to the right RIU property and how travel advisors can benefit from the many rewards and incentives RIU offers its specialists.

Travel advisors will learn all the many distinctions of RIU resorts with programming that develops an understanding of the two leisure-focused resort categories within the RIU brand: Classic and Palace. There is also the RIU Plaza line for business travelers.
