The Riu Palace Macao Hotel is scheduled to reopen on September 9, 2023, after a renovation and will offer guests a refreshed and revitalized vacation experience with the newest Elite Club by RIU concept.
Travelers can embrace a new way to relax and enjoy their vacation at the revamped beachfront hotel. Rooms and common areas have all been reimagined with a fresh new design. In-room features now include TV casting so that guests can stream their favorite content from their devices. There is also a brand-new room service menu that includes vegetarian options.
Guests can take advantage of the new Mixologist at the lobby bar with a different signature drink daily. Other new culinary options include a new sports bar, Pepe's food by the pool, two themed restaurants and a new wine menu.
A new spa has also been added for all guests staying at the Punta Cana RIU complex.
Elite Club by RIU
Guests at the Riu Palace Macao Hotel can upgrade their experience with the new Elite Club by RIU concept. This experience comes with several exclusive amenities and services. Guests receive premium room locations and access to an exclusive lounge at the lobby and beach access with private bar.
Elite Club guests can access premium branded drinks at selected bars and have an in-room liquor dispenser with premium brands. Also in-room is an upgraded minibar with snacks and a bottle of wine.
There is a dedicated check-in area for Elite Club guests and they receive a special wristband to access the upgraded amenities. They also receive, when available, confirmed late checkout at 1 p.m. and in-room aromatherapy and a welcome gift.
