TTC Tour Brands a part of The Travel Corporation’s family of brands, has merged their two marketing teams Basecamp, which works with open-age brands Trafalgar, Costsaver, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold, and Contiki Marketing Lab to create TTC Tour Brands Marketing Lab. Lottie Norman who has previously held roles with both TTC Tour Brands and Contiki Marketing Lab as VP of Marketing & Innovations & Director of Content will lead the newly created lab as Chief Marketing Officer.

Based in Central London, the new integrated model is designed to push innovation and creative solutions across all touchpoints with a mission of building brand loyalists. The lab includes a diverse team of 50+ marketing specialists with one laser-focused goal of fostering an idea incubator to deliver greater collaboration, business growth and clout for the entire ecosystem of TTC Tour brands.
As the CMO of TTC Tour Brands Marketing Lab, Norman will lead a cross-functional team of specialists across digital channels, creative design, brand campaigns, partnerships, publicity and innovations. She will report to Adam Armstrong, CEO of Contiki and Dee Marrocco, Chief Brand and Strategy Officer, TTC Tour Brands Marketing Lab.
Norman has over 16 years of experience delivering global marketing strategies for revenue growth, audience acquisition and creative brand experiences. She has a proven track record of building brands and scaling products that consumers love across the travel, entertainment and FMCG sectors, including delivery and expertise for brands such as McDonalds, Google, Qantas and more. Norman specializes in cultural trend spotting, content ecosystems and our evolving media diets.
